As customers demand skincare products that are free from toxic chemicals – and therefore better for your body and the environment – greenwashing is becoming more of a problem. This is especially true in the U.S., where the $85 billion beauty industry is largely unregulated. Many brands pose as natural when in fact they are only skimming the surface.
