Some of the hottest fashion trends are being spotted in the Hudson Valley. Rockland Fashion Week returned to the Palisades Mall this weekend with plenty of glamour along with it.
Hundreds of VIP guests took in the sights and sounds of this year’s show. For one model, walking the runway this year has special meaning since she is a breast cancer survivor. “When you survive cancer, it feels great. You keep going. Every day you say, thank you God, thank you and you keep in your mind, it’s going to be okay, you’re going to be fine,” says Ana Baldera.
Other models also had inspiring messages of inclusion. Some of those participating live with physical and mental challenge, but they didn’t let it stop them from being beautiful.
